During the Emerging Phase, the focus is really about getting off the ground, gaining serious momentum and staying financially sound while testing the viability of a business model.
Includes exploring financing options, developing your products and services, serving customers and making sales.

Start-up Program
You will be inspired as you progress through exciting group sessions. You will be accountable to a team of people every week – and they will be accountable to you. You can expect mentorship and new business relationships. Confidence, momentum, creative inspiration, strategic focus, fun, constructive and productive feedback, the energy to power through the tough stuff, and crucial insight into the fundamental tools that every business needs to be successful. At the end, the program concludes with a graduation ceremony where each person will present their business story to their peers and the community that wants to support them.

This curriculum is designed for the new business-owner, or existing business-owner, who needs to focus on her overall business strategy. The Pod program is customized to meet the collective needs of the group as well as the needs of each individual, and all entering students complete an assessment to better tailor the program to your needs.
This pod is a combination of business information, worksheets, encouragement, personal sharing, group sharing, group activity, peer feedback, inspiration, focus, connection, individual attention, partner work, in-class assignments, and homework. Each session is a little different than the last, but they all build on each other and are designed to keep you moving forward!
