Cathy Curtis’s financial planning and investment advisory business took off when she started to market directly to her favorite clientele: women. Her practice is dedicated to helping women, their families and their businesses prosper. Prior to becoming a Certified Financial Planner and an entrepreneur, Cathy worked as a sales and marketing executive for Fortune 500 Companies and private companies in the consumer products industry such as General Mills,Borden,Torbitt & Casleman and Bradshaw,Inc. She honed her business skills, but like many women she became disillusioned with corporate life and jumped ship to pursue her passion– personal finance and investing – on her own terms, as an independent fee-only advisor.
