As a Hatch Network student, you will learn in the best way possible – through direct instruction and hands-on practice in a collaborative environment called a Pod.
Pods are small groups of entrepreneurs in similar phases of business that go through the learning and growing process together. They advise one another, solve problems together, brainstorm as a collective and ultimately serve as each others’ biggest fans.
Our Pods are divided by “phase of business,” (Exploring Phase, Emerging Phase, Expanding Phase, Established Phase, Exiting Phase). We do this so that our beginners are not overwhelmed with too much information and our veterans are not “slowed down” by rookie questions. Most of the Pods are thirteen weeks long (with weekly meetings in the evening) and designed to carefully walk each participant through the steps of completing their current business phase with success.
Each Pod comes equipped with a room full of motivated entrepreneurs serving as your teammates and mastermind partners, a curriculum and workbook full of tools, resources, tips, secrets and strategies to get you from A to B, and a mentor who is a seasoned businesswoman and classroom facilitator. Together they make a powerful force that propels you and your business forward at breakneck speed. Just kidding – no one will get hurt. But fasten your seatbelts anyway.
