Hatch Network is for women who are interested in entrepreneurship and supporting other women entrepreneurs in starting and growing businesses.
There are 3 ways to be involved with Hatch Network. Depending on your needs, experience, and interest level, you may chose to become a student, apply to be a mentor, or sign up as a business booster.
Become a Booster Learn More
The Booster Club provides a way to rally behind the Hatch Network mission of supporting entrepreneurial women through business education, trustworthy connections, and personal support. The Booster Club is for women business owners, program alumnae, and members of the entrepreneurial community at large who enjoy cheering for women entrepreneurs. Boosters are listed in our online directory and can offer special packages and rates to other community members including students, mentors, and other boosters. Boosters receive a twice-monthly publication, called The Dealio, which includes current events, blog postings, and community postings. We will soon be offering in-person networking for our Boosters as well. There is no fee to be part of the Booster Club, just a desire to support other women entrepreneurs.

Apply to Mentor Learn More
Our Mentors have faced all of the same challenges as most entrepreneurs, and yet they have persevered and beat the odds. They have all owned their own business for at least five years. Mentors use their personal and professional experience as they guide the curriculum-based Pod programs created by Hatch Network. The ideal mentor has already helped dozens if not hundreds of women along the path to their own successes. By mentoring for Hatch Network, experienced entrepreneurs can provide more help than a traditional “coffee date” would yield. Mentors can use the curriculum and community resources to add value to the women in their communities. Mentors should be stable in their own businesses, have existing networks of local women, be strong leaders, enjoy sales, be resourceful, and have a genuine desire to help other women be successful.

Enroll as a Student Learn More
Our students learn by doing. They grow their businesses through tried-and-true practices as well as innovative technologies in Pods. Pods are groups of 5-10 women led by an experienced mentor. Rather than attending one-off-workshops, Pod programs are longer-term, giving the right amount of time and space to learn, process, and make wise decisions for business growth. In Pods, students build solid relationships with other like-minded women as they work together in an innovative, fun, supportive community. In addition to experiencing mastermind-style feedback from her peer group, each student is provided with tools, resources, and connections to take her ideas further than if she had to do it alone. Hatch Network students create a powerful force that will propel them forward, both collectively, and as individual business owners.
